Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Spinsy online slot game. By accessing or playing Spinsy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These provisions apply to all players accessing the game through licensed casino operators in Canada.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Players must meet specific criteria to access and play Spinsy. You must be at least 19 years of age in most Canadian provinces, or 18 years of age in Alberta, Quebec, and Manitoba. Players are required to verify their age and identity through the casino operator hosting the game. Only one account per player is permitted across all platforms offering Spinsy. The use of multiple accounts may result in suspension of game access and forfeiture of winnings. Players must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. Geographic verification may be conducted to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Game Rules and Functionality

Spinsy operates as a random number generator based slot game with predetermined return to player percentages. The game outcome is determined at the moment you initiate a spin, and results cannot be altered once the spin begins. Minimum and maximum bet limits are established by the casino operator and may vary between platforms. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the game round will complete automatically, and results will be available upon reconnection. Casino terms and conditions from the hosting operator apply alongside these Spinsy terms and conditions.

Responsible Gaming and Limitations

Spinsy is designed for entertainment purposes only. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their casino operator account settings. Self-exclusion options are available through the hosting casino platform if you need to restrict your access to the game. The game displays your current balance, bet amount, and win amounts in real time to help you monitor your gameplay. Spinsy terms and conditions support responsible gaming practices, and we encourage players to seek help if gambling becomes problematic. Resources such as the Canadian Responsible Gambling Council and provincial problem gambling helplines are available to all players.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All content within Spinsy, including graphics, sound effects, animations, game mechanics, and the Spinsy brand name, are protected by intellectual property laws. Players receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play the game for personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any aspect of Spinsy without express written permission. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the game is strictly prohibited. Screenshots or recordings of gameplay for personal use are permitted, but commercial use of such materials requires authorization.

Modifications and Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to modify these Spinsy terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in game features, legal requirements, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated through the casino operator platform, and continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of updated terms. In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, the transaction log maintained by the casino operator serves as the official record. Players should contact the casino operator’s customer support team to initiate dispute resolution procedures. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the province or territory where the casino operator is licensed. Casino terms and conditions regarding dispute resolution apply in conjunction with these game-specific terms.
